Selena Gomez is an internationally known actress and singer. Her involvement has included various projects. However, the Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place has had the greatest success. The full title of Selena Gomez is Selena Marie Gomez. Born on July 22 the 22nd of July, 1992 in Grand Prairie Texas. Her parents include Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Selena's mother, Amanda Cornett, was just 16 years old when Selena was conceived. When she was 9 the actress got her first work in the show industry after she was offered the role of Gianna in Barney and her Friends. In the process, she was a part of one of history's most anthropomorphic and reptiles in the form of a purple dinosaur. Selena worked on several episodes in episodes 7 and 8 in the period between 2001 and 2003. Fun fact: Selena is not the only one who sang in Barney as well as his Friends at this time; Demi Lovato was also a part of the cast of the series. Selena Gomez left the show and was auditioned for a variety of other films and programs and did not get the most results. Selena Gomez got a role as Julie in Walker Texas Ranger Trial by Fire as well as a role in Mini Spies 3 in 2003. Also, in 2006 she played Emily Grace Garcia on the Brain Zapped television program. She played the role and composed a tune.
